If you do not speak any English at all, this course is for you to get started learning English. The students in this course are all (young) adults.

During this course, we will teach you all aspects of English language: grammar, English words, reading, listening, speaking and writing. This course is the foundation for further English learning, at our school or elsewhere.

From Monday to Thursday, we will be using two textbooks (Headway and Cutting Edge), to teach the English language. We will cover many topics, for example: greetings and introductions, describing different places, daily routines and timelines (weekends and weekdays), etc.

On Friday, we have a workshop, so that you can use what you learnt during the week and exercise. Some examples of workshops: Design and write a postcard, Mr. Bean's Holiday, Comic strip, interview a celebrity.

After this beginner English course, you will have basic knowledge of English language, and be able to communicate in daily life situations (IELTS band 1). After the course, there will be a week of final exams.

This course does not qualify for a student pass. You will need to show you have medical insurance. If you don't, we can help you to sign up for insurance.
